CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- First time charge, it is recommended to plug item in as soon as you get it home to boost up to full level, as this extends the internal battery life
- We recommend using a wall adaptor as tv, laptops and other usb powered devices have been known to damage your new personal product
- Wash item using an anti-bacterial wash, taking care to hold item round its seal for extra water protection. Leave wash/spray on several minutes then rinse well. Powder with corn starch if required/recommended by the manufacturer, making sure its rinsed off before use
- After use of item, wash thoroughly and return piece to its protective case/box/pouch
- Use only water based lubricant as oils/alcohol/creams will disintegrate material
- Keep in cool dry area, as moisture/humidity over time could corrode metal workings
- Keep small items away from children
- 240V Electrical items when charging must be kept away from water at all times
- Never leave item charging for extended periods of time without supervision

Three months, six months, one year, 2 years, depending on item purchased (SEE BRANDS LIST BELOW )- from the date of purchase
- To qualify purchased item for your warranty, simply visit the website name listed on the box/package and fill in the manufacturers online form
- Once the item leaves the store upon prior checking of working operation by staff, the onus of any warranty claim after 24 hours is carried over to the manufacturer
- For the warranty to be validated, it is important that the registration is completed within 7 days of purchase.
- Please read included instructions within the box as some devices have travel lock features and specific charge times which vary from piece to piece.
- The warranty covers internal mechanical workings of the item only
- Things NOT covered under warranty include
- Over stretching/yanking/weight bearing activity
- Physical damage to cords/plug in devices/including bending, yanking, stepping on plugs, power surges
- Damage from incorrect use/using in and unintended way
- Damage from submersing item fully underwater (Items are splash proof and NOT water pressurised for deep water in a pool/spa/bath)
- Damage to outer coating from sharp objects/oil/any other liquid not recommended by manufacturer
